To reserve your place on a Viaggio Italia Travel tour, you should complete and submit the online Viaggio Italia Travel Booking Form. Each member of your party should complete and submit a separate booking form.
Prior to submitting the form, you should ensure all parties have read and understand the Viaggio Italia Travel Terms and Conditions.
It is important that you use your name as it appears on your passport. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Once we receive the completed form(s) we will provide further information including payment details to complete the booking process.
Completing the online form reserves your place(s) on your selected tour. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit.
Alternatively, you can download and complete a hard copy Booking Form, which can be mailed or scanned and emailed to us using the instructions on the form.
Payments and Deposits
We accept cash, direct deposit, bank transfers and cheques for all payments. Credit cards and payments via Paypal or TransferWise are accepted however fees may apply. (We simply recoup the fees charged to us by these companies - we don't add anything extra.)
The easiest way to pay is via direct deposit. There are also usually no added fees by banks for direct deposits. If you wish to use direct deposit for payments, let us know and we will provide our details when you make your booking.
For international clients, or for clients wishing to pay using Visa card or another payment type, please contact us directly and we will assist you. We know a few ways to get the best exchange rate and pay low fees for international transfers!
The deposit required is usually about 20% of the overall tour price, or as quoted, and is required before a booking can be confirmed. Payment instructions will be sent to you once we have received your completed Tour Booking Form.
The balance of the payment will be due 3 months prior to the commencement date of the tour (or on booking if the tour commences within less than 3 months of the booking date).
A single supplement is required for solo travellers. We keep this as low as possible - it is simply the difference between what we are charged for half a shared room and a single room. You can read why we have to charge the single supplement here.

Whilst taking a tour is meant to be a fun experience and Terms and Conditions tend to be very dry documents, it's really important that you take the time to read and understand these.
